Covey uses a lot of stories and examples to help us better understand the importance of each habit. The Health Habit is the best healthy eating and lifestyle book I’ve read in a long time! The simplicity of the steps and flexibility of this approach will help anyone move toward healthier habits in a realistic manner to create lasting results. This book is now at the top of my list of recommendations to set people on the road to better.
